Schedule: Sunday-Thursday, 6:00 PM - Finish
Overtime: Available
Pay: $22/hr

Position Summary

The Quality Assurance Clerk II is responsible for helping maintain product quality, food safety, and compliance throughout warehouse operations. This position performs product inspections, investigates quality concerns, analyzes trends, and supports continuous improvement efforts to reduce product damage, errors, and customer complaints.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily product and quality inspections throughout the warehouse

  • Identify and document quality issues and ensure proper follow-up

  • Perform internal audits and verify corrective actions are completed

  • Investigate customer complaints and assist with root cause analysis

  • Monitor quality trends and recommend process improvements

  • Track and report quality metrics to management

  • Partner with warehouse leadership and trainers to improve quality performance

  • Support efforts to reduce product damage, mispicks, and inventory errors

  • Ensure compliance with company quality standards and food safety requirements

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of quality assurance, quality control, warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution experience preferred

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word

  • Comfortable analyzing data and preparing reports

  • Experience operating powered industrial equipment is a plus

  • Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, and lift up to 100 lbs.

  • Ability to work in warehouse environments, including refrigerated and freezer areas

  • Comfortable working in temperatures ranging from -10°F to 90°F

  • Ability to perform repetitive hand and wrist movements

  • Ability to safely work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
