Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

• $0.50/hour increase after 90 days based on performance

As an Order Selector, you'll play a key role in ensuring our customers receive accurate orders on time while working with a supportive team committed to safety and success.

What You'll Do

• Accurately select customer orders using a voice-directed picking system.

• Build stable, organized pallets while maintaining product quality.

• Apply pick labels to ensure accurate deliveries.

• Transport completed pallets to the correct loading dock using an electric pallet jack.

• Shrink-wrap completed pallets for shipment.

• Verify product accuracy and quantities before shipment.

• Follow all food safety, quality, and warehouse safety procedures.

• Maintain productivity in a fast-paced distribution environment.

• Perform equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.

What We're Looking For

• Experience operating an electric pallet jack preferred.

• Experience with voice-directed picking systems is a plus.

• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. regularly throughout the shift.

• Ability to safely stack products to prevent damage during transport.

• Basic reading and math skills.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

• Comfortable working in varying warehouse temperatures ranging from -10°F freezer environments to approximately 80°F.

Physical Requirements

• Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull products weighing up to 70 lbs.

• Stand, walk, bend, twist, and reach throughout your shift.

• Work safely in refrigerated, freezer, and ambient warehouse environments.
