Position: Transportation Router

Location: Harrisburg, PA

Transportation Router Responsibilities:

Implement efficient routing plans using Roadnet software, AS400, and related tools.
Optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries while meeting Federal DOT guidelines.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring on-time deliveries and effective communication with team members.
Collaborate closely with warehouse and yard teams to facilitate smooth dispatch operations.

Transportation Router Key Skills Required:

Previous experience with Omnitracs/Roadnet routing preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Familiarity with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.

Transportation Router Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
Minimum 3 years' experience in logistics, route planning, transportation, or related fields.
Knowledge of Omnitracs and Roadnet applications is advantageous.
