DESCRIPTION OF EMPLOYER: Founded in 1901, Feeser’s, Inc. is a family owned and operated full-line foodservice distributor located in Harrisburg, PA servicing the Mid-Atlantic region. Feeser’s provides an expansive offering of dry, refrigerated, and frozen products to a diverse customer base comprised of restaurants, healthcare facilities, educational facilities, and other institutions.
SUMMARY: The Temporary Recruiter will be responsible recruiting, selection process and hiring of Salesforce from entry level openings to C suite level openings. Candidate will be sourcing candidates, conducting screening calls, phone interviews, onsite interviews and completely hiring process. Must be able to work with all levels of management and make sound hiring recommendations. This is a temporary assignment will be 3-6 months. This position will offer a competitive hourly rate but will not include FT benefits.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Recruitment
- Sourcing job candidates for sales openings
- Conducting screening calls
- Assessing candidate's skillset and qualifications
- Make recommendation to hiring team for interview selection
- Schedule onsite or phone interviews for supervisors and managers.
- Work with team to present offers to selected candidates.
- Coordinating drug testing and physicals
- Assist with orientation and preparation
- Help conduct facility tours
- Following up with new employees
- Communicate with hiring team all updates and pipeline of candidates
- Enter all candidates updates in JazzHR daily.
- Help in organizing company events and corporate activities
SKILLS REQUIRED and QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have 2+ years in professional recruiting
- Must have 1+ years in recruiting Sales professionals
- Prefer a degree in Human Resources
- Ability to work well as a team and independently
- Critical thinking and analytical skills
- Ability to always maintain confidential and sensitive information
- Ability to work in office on a part time schedule
